You must be at least 21 years of age to work for Legend DDD Services as a caregiver.

You must have a valid AZ driver license or ID to be a driver, pass multiple background checks, and be able to hold a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (which can be done in our office). In addition, you are required to stay up to date with all mandated trainings required by DDD and Legend DDD Services (which our provided by our in-house trainer).

Yes! We currently have both adult and children group homes located throughout the valley. We are always growing and expanding!

This depends on the home, and how many members we have to take care of. It also depends on the case plan and if the member requires to be a 1:1 ratio. Besides caregivers, in our nursing support group homes we also have nurses on every shift for added ratio and to help cover all medical responsibilities.
